How to use it

 

You only need 30 minutes a day of Wellbeing Time, any time of the day. We recommend the best time being before bed, as your subconscious mind keep recording the information while you are sleeping.

1. When starting the program, headphones must be used to focus attention on the music and video. 

2. If you can, take a shower before starting your Wellbeing Time Session. It will help you get into Theta State faster, as you will be more relaxed.

3. Sit comfortably and relax.

4. Take a few long breaths and close your eyes for a few moments to connect with the intention of your practice. Write your intention down. This will become your mantra until achieve your goal. 

5. Repeat your mantra silently in your mind as you listen to the music and watch the video. You are training your brain to create new positive synapses in your mind and to elevate your emotions in love and above. 

6. At the end of your mental and emotional training, after reaching a state of high vibration, close your eyes and absorb the benefits of your Wellbeing Time.

7. Drink plenty of water after your practice. You can put some lime drops to alkaline the water

8. Perform the cycle without fail.
